Welcome to the 4Earth Podcast, the first environmental podcast founded and hosted by a Sri Lankan student. The primary goal of 4Earth is to raise environmental awareness, share a passion for the environment, and take action to protect the environment. 4Earth interviews guests from all over the world, including scientists, climate activists, youth change-makers, and others.


This is a place where anyone can learn about a specific environmental topic and broaden their knowledge. This podcast is unique because we bring guests from all over the world with diverse backgrounds.

About the Host

.Oshadhi began her journey into ocean conservation and climate change in 2021. She had an early interest in the ocean, and she first participated in an international program called Ocean Advocacy Collective, which was run by the Marine Mammal Center in California. She later worked as a volunteer in a Sri Lankan marine conservation center before joining Youth.ify as a member of the Engagement team. Youth.ify is a global youth-led platform that connects Generation Z environmentalists. Later, at Global Choices, she joined Arctic Angels. A global youth network of young women who are actively involved in climate activism and the protection of the polar regions.


She then became the Director of Engagement at Covalence Global. Covalence Global is a youth organization that fosters "covalent bonds" by building a global community of climate-change-fighting youth leaders.

Oshadhi has been a guest speaker and a speaker at stewardship Saturday, Earth Eco Summit 2022, Covalence Global & Ice breaker youth climate change conference, Ocean Conservation Symposium, and other events.
